Daily Duties at Guess? Inc:
Co-Manager Responsibilities included: Training and coaching of all associates in loss prevention, product knowledge and stronger selling/customer service skills. Manager of all Human Resource activities such as pre-screening applicants, hiring, conducting all new hire paperwork, and training schedules. Acted as HR Generalist by posting hourly positions to multiple career sites. Recruited qualified employees and managers to fulfill open vacancies. Managed store and associates to ensure all hourly segment goals and target/stretch goals were being made.
