Daily Duties at Hewitt Associates:
Process Knowledge Expert/Recruiting Coordinator Primary recruiting support to PNC Bank account. Responsibilities included: Recruiting and communicating with all levels in the organization including hourly staff and executive leadership. Multitask between multiple Recruiters while maintaining daily work load. Provide Quality Assurance checks on a weekly basis to make certain that both parties are following the process accurately to ensure all guidelines and stipulations are being met by both parties as per the legal agreement. Initiating all background, finger printing and drug screen test for candidates as well as communicating results to the Recruiters. Client interaction in a face-to-face setting. • Recognized as Process Knowledge expert for the recruiting and retaining process within Taleo • Developed and implemented updates and revisions to the Standard Operation Processes to improve the way in which the process was carried out in a more unified manner between the client and Hewitt. • Developed training programs for Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators on the Recruiting Operation Processes so that both the client and Hewitt were in-sync. Team Lead/HRSS Primary recruiting support to Marriott International Supported the Marriott International account serving over 1,800 clients nation wide. Monitored and redistributed daily workloads for Hewitt HRSS team. Lead, coached and managed a 14 member team of HR specialists responsible for conducting hourly reference checks on qualified candidates. • Subject matter expert for respective client, Marriott International, Human Resource Support Services processes. • Provide support for team/client escalations and technical problems with PeopleSoft and Kronos/Deploy • Developed and implemented tools that assisted with process improvements in communication between service provider and client • Implemented process procedures that increased efficiency and reduced cycle time for hourly reference checks and employee verification from 2 weeks to 3-5 business days. Recruiting Coordinator Primary recruiting support to Marriott International Tracked candidate information and kept up-to-date candidate status information for Hewitt Recruiters working under the Marriott International client. Organized and maintained candidate recruiting files including EEOC tracking as instructed by Recruiters. Assisted Hewitt Recruiters and Marriott International Hiring Managers with all aspects of the interview process and acted as a liaison between candidates and the hiring team. Worked with Hiring Managers and Directors of Human Resources for over 2,632 properties nationwide and outside of the United States. • Became Process Knowledge Expert for all Unicru and PeopleSoft Software packages used by Hewitt and Marriott International, and coached the client as needed on the system package implementation. • Built a strong business relationship and sense-of-trust with the client through continuous engagement and by providing exceptional customer service. • Professional of Human Resources training and certification, on-going training and development
