Daily Duties at Orsid Realty:
Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables, posting incoming payments to each tenants account. Answered questions from 200 plus residents regarding their homeowner fees or rent payments, reconciled six accounts for end of month, sent out monthly shareholder statements to homeowners and board members efficiently, worked overtime as required and helped the accounting department in any capacity required with last minute requests.
