Daily Duties at Doubletree Guest Suites:
I was responsible for meeting and greeting each guest and solving customer complaints. I corrected and verified credit cards posted every night, balanced all restaurant revenue and corrected any errors. Verified all numbers were correct especially with each House Account. I was also in charge of closing out dollars on the network each night.
