Daily Duties at Solar Manufacturing, Inc.:
Design and detail of Vacuum Heat Treat Furnaces to include Equipment Arrangements, Water Cooling Systems, Gas Backfill/Partial Pressure Systems, Vacuum Pumping Systems, Pneumatic Systems, Power Feed Through Assemblies. Customer point of contact in Engineering. Design and detail of refractory hot zone linings for both new and used furnaces. Assist in QC, Start Up, Spare Parts, Estimating, Vendor selection and contact.
