Daily Duties at Value Options, Inc. :
Function as external liaison between providers, facilities, and Value Options. Facilitate smooth interface between providers and network operations, credentialing, clinical operations and customer services. Responsible for network development, facility and provider contractions, site visits, provider education and provider related committees. The Troy Service Center is the Center of Excellence for health plan clients and received full NCQA and URAC accreditation. 50% travel included.
