Daily Duties at Diversified Management Group:
Healthcare consulting practice focused on building, managing and expanding IPAs, group practices and health plan networks. Specialized in health plan market entry, creating IPAs, State and Federal Government health care programs and managing the growth of physician organizations. Clients include: managed care plans, IPAs, individual and group practices. Services include: contracting, network development, credentialing, State and Federal health plan filing. Areas of specialization: The full spectrum of Medicare Managed Care from MA to MAP, health plan operations, Medicaid Managed Care programs. Management of 3 IPAs in NYC and the Hudson Valley. Function as the primary liaison between clients and contracted health plans.
