Managed the day-to-day servicing of 7 not-for-profit clients. Lead a team responsible for daily accounting, custody and client related service. Maximized the operational efficiencies and ensuring adherence to procedures and controls in order to service assigned clients. Administered Human Resources policies fairly and effectively and facilitated staff development, team spirit and a cooperative effort. • Coached the team to be fully competent in fulfilling their tasks and supporting them in order to maximize State Street's positive reputation and business opportunities in the market. • Maintained and optimized service levels and client satisfaction by identifying market and client specific service requirements and developing and implementing strategies to satisfy them. • Produce and distribute call reports from client status and update meetings on a timely basis and ensure resolution of any follow up items. • Ensured and controlled timely and accurate filing of all client documents and correspondence. • Worked closely with other units/departments in the Bank in resolving procedural and other non-routine problems that may arise during the course of business. • Informed staff of internal and external developments, which could affect client operations and developed strategies to address them. • Identified, participated in, coordinated, finalized and implemented special projects as required to increase operational efficiencies and controls.
