Daily Duties at Chrysler Llc:

Planned, developed and implemented procedures to improve product quality, sustain productivity and achieve monthly production schedule. Responsible for supervision and management of a 100 person production operators workforce. Worked in partnership with Engineering and other departments to ensure quality and performance. Optimized and audited procedures to secure the fulfillment of department goals. Managed complex work zones for automation and manual operation in a controlled environment. Supervised floor leaders to meet departmental goals and assured first-run capability. Led a five- man safety team. I ensured manufacturing throughput goals while maintaining the highest levels of safety. Created a cooperative working relationship with the local union officials to ensure contract compliance. Supervised the top coat paint application. Ensured product met standards set by the company's specification. • Analyzed production requirements and cycle time necessary to maintain product quality and optimize output. Redesigned production line, added a new station with enhanced technology. Tested new cycle time, trained new manpower and insured quality control. Modifying the process brought a savings of $200K for the department. • Trained in the methodologies of Lean Concepts, 5s. Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale (SQDCM) that promoted the elimination of waste, cost reduction, improved quality and a safe work environment
