Daily Duties at Quinault Beach Resort & Casino:
Supervise Accounting Manager, General Accounting Staff, Accounts Payable & Receivable Supervisor, Income Audit Manager, Count Manager, Purchasing & Receiving Manager, MIS Manager. Responsible for: • Receiving function and warehouse inventories • Accuracy of the financial statements • Timely reporting of financial condition on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis • Coordination and completion of balance sheet account reconciliations with the assigned staff members and departments involved in the reconciliation • Ensure that all subordinates employees abide by all internal controls, policies and procedures during all shift • Maintaining the financial reporting system including updating existing reports, designing, writing new reports, and training staff members on report writing • Supervise, train, develop and motivate staff interviews, hire, counsel and discipline subordinates • Coordinate the General Ledger Monthly closing process • Plans budgets and schedules staff necessary to meet operations needs • Plan participates and attends departmental management meetings for regulatory and policy development
