Performed fundamental administrative support functions to ensure smooth daily operation for regional radio promotion and sales staff  Assisted in the planning and implementation of all sales events and artist showcase promotions  Prepared daily and weekly sales and airplay reports for regional label and sales staff utilizing internal information systems, BDS and Nielsen data  Oversaw all promotional gratis orders for retail accounts and radio station  Maintained departmental files, typed all correspondence, answered and screened telephone calls for Columbia Records, Epic Records, Sony Classical and Sony Wonder sales and promotion staff
