Generated opportunities to increase product sales and maximized product and artist visibility in a three state territory  Responsible for new release solicitation, catalog sales and advertising management at regional music retail, one-stop and on-line accounts  Developed, implemented and coordinated comprehensive sales and marketing campaigns utilizing music retail, radio, venue, lifestyle and online accounts  Created and marketed both on-site retail promotions and off-site sales events - coordinating accounts, media/radio, artists and management  Established and maintained strong working relationships with music retail, radio, media, concert promoters, venue, lifestyle and online accounts  Maximized and created a wide range of retail marketing and tour support tools, including point of purchase materials, displays, handbills, flyers, direct-mail pieces and web-site content.  Conducted new music presentations to educate and motivate accounts  Managed and mentored a group of five College Marketing Representatives
