Analyzed market conditions to maximize sales and marketing opportunities for Sony Music product at National Retail.  Established new and efficient merchandise planning and allocation models with account’s inventory team to increase inventory levels and sales velocity  Managed account programs, promotions, and new product initiatives  Maintained appropriate inventory levels of frontline and catalog product through in-depth analysis of forecasting and replenishment strategies.  Prepared promotional tracking reports which analyzed data and sales goals  Ensured timely product flow by working closely with label relations, order services and supply chain on all shipping and logistical issues  Provided account the most current new release, and marketing information through daily communication with distribution and label directors  Utilized and administered various systems for pricing and discount maintenance, inventory, purchase order confirmation, and EDI tracking  Developed and updated sales, market share, WOS, in-stock, and pricing reports utilizing internal and external systems, syndicated data and Microsoft Access and Excel  Served as liaison between account and credit department for reconciliation  Supervised and responsible for the training and development of two National Account Coordinators
