Daily Duties at Adp Lightspeed:

Provided systems implementation and training services for an industry specific ERP called Lightspeed. I specialized in financial reporting as well as front end business training. My responsibilities were as follows: •Provide onsite system implementation and consulting services with the Lightspeed Dealer Management System. Fluent in both UNIX and NXT platforms. Also provided onsite consulting services as requested by dealers in the areas of human resources and operations. •Provided classroom training for dealers in the areas of parts, service, sales, and accounting on both UNIX and NXT/Windows environments. •Served as onsite support on a limited basis. •Developed training interventions and materials using sound instructional design principles strongly rooted in adult learning theory.
