Daily Duties at Aimco:
Delegated to staff of ten in a 330 apartment community, later managed a community of 306 units. Executed the rehab of the property by negotiated capital expenditures for structural, plumbing, electrical and miscellaneous repairs to 30 buildings which included 8 burn unit and 25 down units and the community. Established executed marketing strategies to insure owners occupancy standards. Reported to immediate supervisor and owner monthly expenses on an Excel spreadsheet to fund bank loan for continuance of rehab. Reviewed income and expenses on a monthly basis to insure they were within budget guidelines.
