Daily Duties at Real Estate And Rental Property:
To research, find, and purchased properties for rental or resale. As owner and operator of this business I have worked as a Landlord and jack-of-all-trades for over 30 years. I was responsible for completely renovating a number of my own properties as well as estimating and ensuring the repair of other peoples properties over the course of 30 years. I have hired and worked with all trades have experience in drywall, painting, trim, kitchens and bath remodeling, plumbing, flooring, roofing and some small electrical jobs to name a few. I also run a landscaping business. On the other side of the business is advertising and sales as well as finding renters,collecting rent and talking people to court,for destruction of property,or sub-contractors failing to complete services.
