Daily Duties at Creighton University:
Facilitated the creation and realization of the organization's application and web development strategy by leading staff consisting of 12 programmer’s, 3 Oracle DBA’s , 2 project manager’s, and 2 manager’s responsible for all application, web development, and infrastructure within the organization. Performed ROI analysis and project evaluation to determine projects measurable organizational value and was a member of the CIO Executive team responsible for developing operational policies, developing annual IT budget, and IT Strategic RoadMap. Coached, developed, and mentored employees to achieve quality performance by thoroughly preparing for and professionally conducting performance appraisals of direct reports and set priorities to assist assigned staff with establishing and attaining career development goals.
