Provide leadership to the Enterprise Applications Department, which provides application support, development, upgrades, and maintenance of core information systems; including the Oracle ERP system(covering Student, Finance, and Human Resources). Responsibilities include leadership of employees with direct supervision of nine employees; hiring, promoting, and handling performance issues; budget management; vendor selection and management; contract review; and oversight of enterprise application implementation, support, and upgrades.
