Daily Duties at Re Nu Life Traumatic Brain Injury Rehab Advisor,Counselor,Self Employed For Mentally Ill,Cognitive Disabilities And Life Mapping Through Counseling:

I have been working as a Qualified Professional (Social Worker term) advising and counseling the more challenging clients. Working at developing a “Systems” approach for management and patient care. Implementing cost cutting reduction in force, while increasing client care through accountability and training of paraprofessionals. I also assisted in the research and design for new educational classes and programs that fall within the states new guidelines for Psychosocial Rehabilitation Programming. The programs developed are designed to educate individuals with mental health, physical and cognitive disabilities. This also includes development of patient plans, charting of clinical assessments, working within physician’s protocols, follow through of treatment and the training of paraprofessionals for stated outcomes. Facilitate coordination of other disciplines, PT, case managers, therapist and other medical personal. I have also been working one-on-one with Wounded Warriors who have returned from active service with PTSD, Head Injuries and other post service challenges
