This also includes development of patient plans, charting of clinical assessments, working within physician’s protocols, follow through of treatment and the training of paraprofessionals for stated outcomes. Facilitate coordination of other disciplines, PT, case managers, therapist and other medical personal. I have also been working one-on-one with Wounded Warriors who have returned from active service with PTSD, Head Injuries and other post service challenges
