Daily Duties at New United Motors Manufacturing Inc.:
Ensure that the products or services meet federal state and local agency compliance standards. Provided functional leadership, established direction, trained and distributed workloads that enhanced the development and morale of 35 union employees in multiple quality control work teams. Managed quality through root cause analysis and implementing sustainable countermeasures. Monitor key performance indicators to ensure daily targets are being met or exceeded. Maintained all employee records and communicated, enforced, and administered company policies and procedures. Responsible for all product specifications, test, inspection and evaluation of the product and make any necessary adjustments. Handle any customer complaints and address any daily issues with other staff or corporate headquarters.
