Supervised two laboratories and five staff scientists in performing robotic assays in support of protein engineering. Analytical techniques included mass spectrometry, fluorescence activated cell sorting (FACS), and fluorescent and UV plate readers. Project management, assay and method development, data interpretation, result reporting, LIMS sample tracking, customer interactions, resolving difficult customer problems.
