• Order Management Project Business Owner for foundational process and systems re-engineering effort impacting 3 million customers, 1500 employees 100+ Applications and revision of 70+ business processes. • Direct order management solution delivery accountability for 44% of multi-million dollar business transformation project, which set the foundation of AT&T’s Integrated Wireless/Wireline Customer Experience. Transformation objectives included enhanced customer, sales, and deliver experience, cost efficiency, decrease complexity; reduce cycle time, improved internal controls, and reduction of manual handoffs.
