Daily Duties at Sterling Sanitary Supply Corporation:

*Direct & Manage warehouse where time-critical deliveries under minimal lead times are needed. *Responsible for fleet and routing of deliveries throughout the tri-state/metro area including as far as eastern Long Island, upstate NY, NJ and CT. *Responsible for the physical custody of inventory, positioning, accuracy and location in the warehouse. *Maintain a safe, secure & efficient work environment for warehouse personnel. *Ensure safety protocol for warehouse personnel. *Ensure compliance with OHSA, DOT, fire codes & regulations, insurance regulations & hazardous materials handling. *Responsible for on-site operational/warehouse accident and/or incident reports. *Oversee facilities maintenance &management. *Manage the maintenance of internal equipmentand ensure that safety standards are meet. *Continual oversight of inventory reduction program. *Oversee and coordinate with the warehouse supervisor teams the dissemination of all necessary information. *Coordinate all special needs and support for any and all customers. *Plus any and all needs & services as directed by the principals of the company.
