Serve as founding officer of start-up; Design marketing materials, implement policies and procedures. Establish an initial Bonding Line of $8.5M with one of the nation’s largest insurance companies. Hired, supervised and directed the Accounting, estimating and Project Management departments. resposible for Sales, QC, and general management of the day to day operations.
