Daily Duties at Nydc / Citiscape:

Founding member of these two new start-ups; design all marketing materials, create policies & procedures, syndicate investors and establish open communications with equity investment funds to expedite project financing. Negotiate construction management contracts, write the SOW, develop the schedule and budget, supervise construction on a ground up condominium. Research, located and acquire properties for residential and commercial development. Develop performance for presentation to investors and financial institutions.
