Managed government and commercial vendors (i.e. Department of Energy, Daimler/Chrysler, etc) which included interacting daily to resolvable short and long term goals Interacted daily with government clients focusing on business objectives, managing software system engineering programs, overseeing contractual agreements and researching and documenting policies Managed the development of technical solutions in support of developing, implementing, overseeing software systems and engineering processes Coordinated with consultants and business consumers after gathering required data to support IT architecture, data mapping, etc. Used Compliance Monitoring System (CMS) to track metrics for acceptance tests and setup test data for team Managed and assisted a team of engineers with the development of a computer based program called the Comment Navigator for the Department of Energy (DOE)
