Daily Duties at Farmers Insurance:
Responsible for the management, coaching, and agency development of a multi-line insurance group. Developed and maintained new business production reports, agency development reports, and career agent recruiting reports. Also recruited new agents at a rate of 150% over expectation. These agents were trained in a classroom setting and with one-to-one coaching sessions on topics of product knowledge, business planning and marketing, strategic planning, budgeting, and cost control.
