Daily Duties at Comcast:
Taking calls from small and medium sized businesses in New England & the Midwest, to listen to their business needs and offer them Comcast's best solutions to their needs for voice, cable & high speed internet services in conjunction with Microsoft Communication's Services. It was then necessary to research servicability at their location and to electronically send contracts to be signed in Docusign. Then I would forward this to Operations to be implemented and follow up with the customer on their installation which could take up to 3 weeks time.
