Daily Duties at Private:

 Incorporate and file company documents for start-ups in Delaware and Illinois;  Advise companies on financing structures and private stock acquisitions;  Act as Interim in-house counsel;  Prepare and maintain company documents for clients; and  Assist with promotional materials, prepare terms of use and data privacy provisions
