Daily Duties at Pmo :

Developed and managed monthly contract performance report and interfaced with client as contract manager in evaluating performance. Instruction in creation of Operating Level Agreements and Standard Operating Procedures. Provided IRR, NPV, ROI calculations and pricing recommendations. Forecasts, budgets, financial reporting, cost accounting, logistics for IMACs.
