Provided excellent customer service for incoming calls, and ensured 100% follow-up on all customer complaints and requests regarding their cable either in their homes or business. Interacted with government officials, celebrity clientele, and media personnel. Complied weekly productivity and outage reports for the Plant and Dispatch departments. Mainted and updated logs of current vehicular tags and registrations. Monitored vendor and contractor purchase orders and relationships. Drafted and distributed all correspondence and memos to the Corporate office and other Century Cable Systems. Distributed company pagers and radios to all Plant personnel needed for communication.
