Daily Duties at Intertainer, Inc.:

As Technology Coordinator, I was responsible for several facets of the business operations support, which included: All office administration duties to support the Executive team, such as typing, research, mail fax, filing reservation, scheduling, keeping calendars, etc. Coordinated all activities for the the Technology department. Purchased high-end technology equipment; ordered and maintained supply inventory. Monitored vendor and contractor purchase orders and relationships. Coordinated complex travel arrangements for three Vice Presidents and other Executives. Processed expense reports. Performed as an effective liaison for the Technology Department.
