Daily Duties at Doll Capital Advisosrs:
I dealt with office operations on a daily basis.Opened, processed, and managed financial accounts for clients which were REITS, Annuities, Mutual Funds, Stocks and Bonds. Provided excellent customer service to clients by providing answers to their questions regarding their financial accounts. Maintained confidentiality with client financial information. Kept complete and updated customer files and LPL Compliance reports. Ordered and maintained prospectuses from various Mutual Fund and Securities companies. Continually updating prospectus spreadsheet to insure that they were current. Responsible for typing and mailing outgoing correspondence to clients and prospects. Opened incoming mail. I dealt with Vendors and Wholesalers on a daily basis. Responsible for maintaining all office supplies.
