Daily Duties at Hubert's Department Store:
Working with the owner's and store managers of Hubert's, it was my role to assist them by providing ideas to improve customer service and sales in their stores. I developed training material for their products and helped to hire and train their staff. The overall goal was to provide excellent customer serivce in their stores. I organized and planned Vendor Product Training Seminars for Staff of 80 employees biannually. Responsible for resolving all customer complaints, sale markdowns and promotions, scheduling and discipline of manager's and staff, loss prevention, and arranging of mystery shoppers for each store. Assisted in recruiting, hiring and training of new staff members and their reviews. Responsible for doing monthly store evaluations and spot reviews with all staff either by role playing or with customers in the stores.
