Daily Duties at Trans It:
Hired by Trans-IT to provide consultancy expertise and advice on one of the largest strategic Trans-IT project. Goal was to implement new railways cargo management system to transform the operation and increase throughput, drive revenues, increase market share, and provide new customer interface. This would ultimately allow the Egyptian Railways to compete in a tough market with many road haulage and courier operators in a crowded sector.
