Daily Duties at State Of Illinois Department Of Public Aid:

Traveled throughout the State of Illinois in order to perform Inspection of Care surveys at residential facilities funded by the Illinois Department of Public Aid for individuals who have developmental disabilities and/or mental illness. Ensured facilities were abiding by state and federal regulations, and provided quality assurance reviews of programming provided for individuals receiving services. Submitted necessary written reports to the Department of Public Aid in a timely and professionally-written manner which result in funding/daily rate setting for the facility surveyed. Submitted recommendations to facilities and service providers regarding individual and facility needs in order to improve quality of care.
