My daily tasks as an Office Manager varied widely from day-to-day. These tasks included the following: creating a branch schedule, meeting with clients to discuss account issues, coaching and developing staff members, set individual goals for CSR staff, monitor and enforce said goals, maintain 90% fee collection ratio, limit fraud exposure, participate in community involvement activities, and help manage branch budget.
