Daily Duties at James Hardie Building Products:

• Responsible for project management of installation resources for installation projects • Oversee construction sales in a designated territory • Manage existing accounts and assist with maintenance of overall sales plan • Supervise projects to meet profit objectives, quality standards and completion dates • Train installation crews in North and South Carolina on quality and efficiency (maintain 90%+audit scores) • Implement key tactical initiatives to increase profitability • Develop procedures for each installation projects • Prospect and qualify new accounts and industries • Provide on-time and high quality equipment installation • Monitor and maintain quality of installation projects by performing in-process and final quality checks • Review procedure methods with customer prior to start of project • Write and update Best Practice Manuals for North, South, and West regions • Update equipment office records and installation specification to document "as built" information • Educate builders, developers, and architects on product knowledge • Facilitate NSRO training for new employees • Attend job site and sales meeting • Convene with sales representatives to build and grow volume through key installers • Collaborate with code officials to comply with market standards (Created higher market share in retail stores for interior and exterior products)
