Daily Duties at T Mobile :
I lead a team of five Account Development representives that supported up to 110 Big Box National Retailers in Southern New England including Best Buy, Radioshack, Wal-Mart, Costco, and Sam's Club. I developed relationships to indirectly persuade employees of these big box location to sell T-Mobile over the competition. I used a variety of methods which included being available to answer simple questions at all times of the day, training to ensure associates understood and felt comfortable selling the product. Creating and driving sales contest and executing in-store events. Side by side selling. By taking the time to understand the accounts goal and partnering to help them be sucessful my team continually drove optimal results.
