- Sit in the front desk and provide proper solution to customers and identify cross-sell opportunity through conversation - Internally develop existing personal and business customers through periodic accounts review then promote them with the most suitable product packages - Enhance branding image through proactive customer-driven service and support the goal of exceeding customer expectations - Prepare and coordinate the public event and follow up the results by contacting potential customers - Act as a coordinator with multiple tasks in operation, retail and commercial sector - Initiate e-mail notices to colleagues/branch when there are suggestions/reminders for improvements - Scrub business and premier portfolio by creating spreadsheets and facilitate the branch for cross-sell opportunities during various campaigns - Shadow with relationship manager and branch manager and learn the sales skill and excellent customer service technique
