Daily Duties at Oso Eco:
Developed an innovative web platform with broad community functionality (group message boards, tagging, chat features, product, photo sharing and bookmarking) in Ruby and Ruby on Rails using rapid (spiral cycle) prototyping. Created financial pro formas, strategic roadmap and pitched to VC’s resulting in $500K investment. Built and led and led cross-functional IT, marketing and HR teams. Negotiated partnerships, legal contracts, staff contracts and established legal entity.
