Daily Duties at Himber & Associates, Inc.:
Implement advanced construction technology in project development. On line collaboration, digital estimating, digital distribution of drawings, documents and project development information. Implement BIM through the use of ArchiCAD and SketchupPro for developing full 3-D modeling and analysis from concept through construction drawings - establishing collaboration with construction professionals tomonitor and maintain cost projections for developing projects. Organize and provide training and orientation for both in-house and outside professionals.
