Daily Duties at Bovis Lend Lease:

•Provide management services for all phases of construction from design review to project completion. •Lead team on budgetary analysis, conceptual estimating, master schedule development, logistical planning, value engineering, constructability reviews, community relations programs, and establishing procurement procedures. •Direct general on-site management; establish quality control programs, budget and schedule reviews, direct project meetings, management of all change orders, shop drawing and requisition review, Safety Program development, and project completion and turnover coordination. •Consult on assignments involving the analysis of contracts and building properties for Real Estate/Asset Management firms.
