As a member of the Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT), I was responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all data and property. •Computer Emergency Response Team Coordinator for the Americas (North and South Region) •Terminated online phishing/ pharming attacks , DNS attacks and all internet based threats, vulnerabilities and fraud to the environment •Management of all emerging and variations of threats and vulnerabilities •Management of security incident escalation and provisioning of actionable technical expertise •Analysis of exploit code, packet dumps, and malicious activity •Technical research and review of threats •Managed Business Continuity / Emergency Response •Tested Crisis Management processes and procedures through crisis based scenarios •Vulnerability and Threat Management Coordinator •Maintenance of domain creation from external sources to ensure the integrity of the brand •Incident Coordination oCoordination of incident management oIdentified, Analyzed, and Remediated threat •Evaluation of vulnerability analysis •Monitored and analyzed IDS alerts and escalations •Managed the distribution and criticality of vulnerability alerts •Headed installation of vulnerability alerting system and automation for the bank internationally •Assisted in initiating a Global Efficiency Model globally oAdvised on identifying synergies within divisions to improve business productivity and reduce cost by improving consistency and diminishing variations •Conducted electronic discovery (e-Discovery), Data Acquisition and Imaging to validate the accountability and security of personal and private data / property
