I had a case load of 35-40 patients who had AIDS. I did monthly assessments/home visits, acc. Pts. to Dr. , enrolled pts. In clinical trials, refs. to and worked with community agencies, served as an educator about AIDS/HIV in local agencies and public high schools, and co-created volunteer programs.
