Daily Duties at New Unitied Motors Manufacturing Inc.:
Manage daily operations in high volume manufacturing department including 5 supervisors and 136 hourly union employees. Proactively manage daily performance in efficiency, quality, safety, cost, and continuous improvements, seek out and correct sub-standard conditions to exceed targets. Oversee and direct staff to meet aggressive schedules to maintain flexibility-cost efficiencies. Deliver positive and corrective coaching to develop staffs leadership capabilities administer performance evaluations bi-annually.
