Spearheaded all HR functions and programs, reporting and delivering presentations directly to executive team – participated as member of hospital's senior management team. Oversaw recruiting and staffing (represented company at job fairs), as well as employee/management training and coaching. Performed salary analysis and determined department compensation/rewards. Supervised Benefits Coordinator, HR Assistant, and clerical staff.
