Daily Duties at Crozer Keystone Health System:

· Responsible for monthly accurate Financial statements preparation with supporting schedules, monthly cash flows, and reconciliation of A/P and A/R subsystem to general ledger in accordance with GAAP · Prepare and analyze monthly balance sheet flux statement, analyze monthly expenses and explanations of variances to Accounting Manager · Responsible for monthly update of Capital accounts, CIP accounts and year-end reconciliation of plant ledger to general ledger · Prepare daily and monthly cash analysis; handled investigations and resolutions of all cash issues and payment register reconciliation’s · Responsible for account mappings into general ledger systems. Ensured data integrity of all interfaces into general ledger · Prepare an accurate 990 and 990T tax returns for the hospital in compliance with 503c non-profit status · Play an active roll in the monthly financial close which involves recording of various journal entries for cash receipts, payment of interest on bonds, accrued liabilities, prepaid expenses, reconciliation’s of inter-company billings · Bank reconciliation’s · Played a key role in the yearly budget process
