Represented the owner at the Women in Military Service for America Memorial (located at the entrance of National Cemetery) as the on-site project management of general and sub-contractors, architects, engineers and government agencies. Oversaw contractor and subcontractor work and approved payment. Held weekly meeting for the National Park Service, architects, engineers and trades. Also provided similar services at the projects of Blair High School and an apartment project in Gaithersburg, MD, after the Memorial was completed.
