Daily Duties at Travis Wolff & Company, Llp:

-Participated in the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic and performance goals, short- and long-term objectives. -Formulated and recommend strategic plans to the Board and implement Board policies. -Collaborated with Business Unit leaders regarding status of balanced scorecards and provide feedback for improving unit performance. -Prepared and monitored financial reports, adaptive budgets, and supporting schedules to contain costs and ensure spending remained tactically aligned. -Developed and monitored growth plans to minimize associated costs and protect profitability and margins. -Directed, planned, and implemented the operating activities, structures and strategies toward the achievement of established objectives to meet the operations need of the organization. -Responsible for the implementation and improvement of various software systems to maximize efficiencies. -Provided leadership to Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Sales & Marketing, and Facilities Departments. -Supervised and evaluated staff and provided support to management team. Oversaw the design and implementation of staff development, training needs, and incentive compensation programs. -Evaluated compliance with all applicable local, state and federal laws, administrative codes, board policies and regulations including reporting to regulatory agencies. -Go To person with bankers, attorneys, and vendors to review contacts, proposals, and engagement letters.
